Our dog had to be euthanized unexpectedly as well. The doctor and her assistant were awesome! They walked us through everything. Our dog wasn't well and they did everything they could to help. The only bad experience we had there was the woman working the front desk area. She was quite rude.

I am SO SORRY about your daughter's pet. It is very unusual not to be able to get through to this office, try calling again as they usually resolve these things quickly. (Note: are you sure you have the right emergency/urgent vet? The after hours vet in Eugene often is hard to reach on the phone, although they are good at calling back if you manage to leave a message.)
