Yes you can bring your camera on a regular day, but depending on the event that is going on it may not be allowed. It’s best to contact Quartyard Management and ask if you are referring to a specific event.
Take your phone, but have a way to hide it if needed. ,i.e. large purse, or fanny pack with secret pocket, or cargo pants....
