Why does Hash House close so early? I've noticed they don't open past 2 or 3pm and it would nice to have dinner there if they were willing to extend their hours.

Hash House used to be open for dinner prior to covid-19. Hopefully they will see that there is interest from the hungry public and start serving dinner again soon! Dinner was amazing there!
