People walk there dogs there all the time- but I think you are supposed to keep them on a leash. It's a park & a school playground for children, there's no designated area for dogs🐶
It's a park, the dog can run anywhere in it. The park is surrounded by fences but it doesn't cover the whole park.
I didn't see anyplace specifically for dogs.
