I was told that spokanimal will house my cat and 3 dogs until i am able to find a place to live that accepts pets but everything im reading about them sounds like an animal shelter for adopting pets, can someone tell me if what i was told is true?

Spokanimal is just a shelter. Try looking into boarding facilities.
