Hello I got gifted a road bike to help me get to work. I don't know anything about theses bikes. It has two flat tires been sitting for a little while. How much would it be to get them pumped up and see what it needs. Thank you.

This place is free and provides the tools but you're expected to do the work yourself, as long as there's a bike stand open (out of 3 I believe) The owner is very cool and is happy to help you look it over and figure out what's up with it
