There are grills but as Travis said the slats are pretty wide so prepare for that..
Yes there are, the slats are pretty wide, I bring my own, or at least bring a metal grill to put on top of their grill.
The firepit has a grate in the campsite. They are large slats so things tend to fall through. I'd recommend bringing one.
