What are the hours of this park? Hoping to get there early before the rush.

Sunrise to sunset. Getting there prior to 10am seems to be the best way to beat the rush, but there is plenty of paid parking.

Sunrise to about 20 min after sunset to give all the photographers a chance to leave.

i belive its allways open but the food trucks may not open till 10ish
