What are the rules/regulations for a visitor from out of state(Texas)? Would we have access to the same products?

MAINE DISPENSARIES & CAREGIVERS may only assist Medical Marijuana Patients. Maine does offer reciprocity with some States that have Medical Marijuana Programs. As long as you hold a valid medical marijuana card from Texas and have valid Id you have access to everyrhung in the shop
