Yes, Costco actually has an excellent selection of hard liquor and an even better range of wine. Their craft beer selection is growing as well. You might want to consider other options though because the state of Washington levies a 20.5 percent tax on hard liquor. The state also charges a per liter tax of 1.75. Costco's price signs break this all down for you. If you live close enough to Oregon or Idaho, even though they are state regulated liquors are still cheaper.
