Hi doctor I had a baby girl one month ago . she is feeding good and she is gaining weight , but yesterday I saw a red spot in the back of her head , I don't know what is it . can you please tell me what can I do?

Hello. Don’t know if you seen dr or not but I have a 3 yr old son and a 2 year old daughter. When I had my kids they had that same red spot on the back of there head when they were born . I took them to the dr and the dr said it was just from when I was delivering them they had that monitor up in side you monitoring the baby. Don’t know if that makes sense but if it don’t ill put it a different way. When you go in to deliver they put this monitor up inside you and it attaches to the baby’s head. As the baby is moving down it pushes onto his/her head causing a red spot with a scab that develops afterwards. It’s nothing to really worry about it will go away over time.

I'd say that you should set a doctors appointment just to make sure it's nothing serious.
