Dr. Tieu is excellent, and his diverse staff is no less so. It's a pleasure to watch the professional courtesy and respect with which they treat each other, and you. The place is very comfortable and relaxing. I strongly recommend it.

Overall a really great experience. Everything ran on time, I was asked how I was doing at every step of my visit, and felt comfortable asking questions. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and the consummate professionalism of each member on staff here put me at ease throughout my visit. I've found my new dentist! Highly recommend.

The dentist at Parkrose Dental is good and provided good dental care, but I had a bad experience with their accounting department. They owed me a refund but were unresponsive when I asked about it. They did not take the time to answer my questions and were uncooperative. I found myself calling for months and receiving the rudest customer service. There are very few places I can go with my insurance and I went through a lot of effort to choose this site and they have been incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant to engage with. Finaly I have file a report with BBB. Then problem solve.
