It's an Outlet Mall, so almost everything is on sale, all the time.

There are normally sales in most of the stores. If not that, then discounts of some kind. At least discounts off of what it would be in a normal store.
Most stores are now set up for spring with discounted prices, and what ever is left of winter at final clearance prices
It all depends what you are shopping for. There are some good deals to be had.
