Call Corporate office
Call the corporate office and tell them it's urgent that you speak to the district manager who handles that particular Wendy's. Don't give up until they finally call you back, even if it means you have to call corporate every 2 or 3 hours during the day. Explain what was wrong and hopefully you have kept your receipt.
I haven't had any issues here but I have at other Wendys stores. They are usually helpful when you point out an error that they made.
