I'm curious... you guys are clearly baking pastries and making coffees and such, yet you're not making breads because of the pandemic. Why is this? Breads are easily packaged individually, so why aren't they being produced?

I see what you did there, and I appreciate it. It doesn't quite answer the question, however, and I'm still left curious as to how the pandemic is affecting the ability to bake your delicious breads, ingredients or naught. Unless it's the (un)availability of those ingredients, like yeast, per chance? If that's the case, I would completely understand, especially in such quantity.

Our bread has several ingredients we would never put in our pastries. Hope this wraps that up.
