My breakfast order was wrong, and then confusing. But everyone was so nice about it. I had ordered a half biscuit and gravy with a side of potatoes with eggs over easy. It was a weekend special that was still on the board from the weekend. They didn't have it, so i was just given a plate of potatoes with eggs on the side. Everyone was confused. They offered me something? But it got really confusing. They just kept asking if i wanted eggs Benedict? I finally said yes, cause i was hungry. But both my partner and i were so confused by it all. Food was good, even if it wasn't what i ordered, or even what i wanted. We Will probably stop by again tomorrow, even though today was really frustrating. Oh and the pastries were awesome.

Great choices of different foods. From breakfast to dinner via lunch. All kinds of coffee drinks. Beers. Eclectic dishes. Clean and friendly. Great cakes. Beers.

Their Chili Verde is really good, I always order it for breakfast. It comes with a really spicy roasted Serrano, beware. If you order it with the potatoes, this meal will be very satisfying. My wife loves their eggs Benedict, but she always substitute the ham for spinach. Their ready to go sandwiches with turkey and pesto are very tasty and fresh. Their croissants are ok. Their coffee is not too strong. Given that this location is near a hospital, it can get pretty busy sometimes, perhaps calling in your order might help if you are in a rush. Prices are very reasonable. Parking can be difficult. Unfortunately, they try to support local “artists” and their walls always have really mediocre attempts. Read the prices is you want to laugh a little.

I see what you did there, and I appreciate it. It doesn't quite answer the question, however, and I'm still left curious as to how the pandemic is affecting the ability to bake your delicious breads, ingredients or naught. Unless it's the (un)availability of those ingredients, like yeast, per chance? If that's the case, I would completely understand, especially in such quantity.
That is something you would have to go in to Ramones and ask them directly. If you are under 18 and not yet a high school graduate, you will need high school permission first.
