This question isn't helpful as each person that's been to the business will have a different experience. Sonia, no one knows why someone decided not to help you on the particular time and date that you visited. I am sorry that it happened to you; it should not have happened as you stated. You should have asked to see a manager if a sales associate had actually ignored your visit. Based on my visit, it has always been nice. They have always been helpful and courteous.
They are jerks it's a new owner now. And snobby employees too.
That's never been my experience there. I've been going for years, and if anything they are too helpful. Perhaps it was crowded. That being the case you might have approached the sales people directly.
