Its not super easy to get it. It can be done. But it all depends on the weather and physical factors of the world around you. But it is very much possible. Their time for turnover is pretty decent So you dont have to wait very long.

It's not very difficult to. They're usually busy, but have quick turn around times and get people in as soon as possible.
I wouldn't say easy. But they help by taking a list for bar seating or taking your order while you're in line.
