As of the last update from the Parish, Masses will take place on schedule. They are asking people to stay home if they are sick or if they feel they may be sick. A dispensation of the Sunday obligation has been given in these cases by the Archbishop. There is also a seating area in the parish hall with a video feed for those not comfortable with sitting in a larger crowd.
And....those over 60 should provably not go. Especially if they have chronic health issues.
