Do they allow the owner to go inside with their dog when it is time to see the vet, or do they make you wait in the car and talk to the vet, pay the bill, etc. over a cell phone?

Sit in the car. I have been going there for over 30 years. They are very caring, loving, not just for the pet but their owners too.

No. You wait in the car, and a tech comes outside to explain everything. You pay in person as well, from your car.
