Hi Celi! As Kayla mentioned, we accept walk-ins for ER and a phone call to ensure we have any pertinent information so we can best serve you and your pet. If you are in need of an appointment for our specialty services or our general practice please give us a call and we will help get an appointment scheduled. We take walk-ins for ER only, but we do ask you call before arriving so we can get your information in our system and then check in, once you arrive, will be much quicker.
