I have filled out an application , emailed. How long does it take for Rugaz rescues to answer? Are the real? No phone calls , and pobox for an address.

The rescue is ran by volunteers. They all work during day and help out when they can. Rugaz has been around for over a decade and I'm sure their email and Facebook PMs are inundated. O would just resend your inquiry if emailing and/or send them another PM (private message) via their facebook page.
