I think you must be calling the wrong Harmony. Since I first called Harmony Vet in March or April 2018, someone has ALWAYS answered my calls, no matter what the time was as long as it was during normal business hours.
I am very sorry. We call back all messages that are left. Please be sure you are calling the correct Harmony. 813-871-0850. We have 4 receptionists on at all times.
Same issue in 2020. Appears they prefer text over phone even when you ask for a return call.
Harmony does a pretty good job. I am sure there is some confusion. Try again.
I am not sure if they are having phone issues or not. I left a message & they got right back to me within an hour or two. They are open till 11 pm. Make sure you leave a clear message with a return number. Only thing I can suggest. Hope this helps
I know it's been 10 months since the question was posted but I have never had a problem reaching them. They always answer when I call. Also if I email them I always get a response within a few hours, from the Dr herself!
Hard to imagine this Harmony. They have been exemplary. Try the number the owner left. If still happens then it was just not meant to be. Sorry for you.
