Why does this place not answer their phone, tried calling repeatedly during open hours, just rings and rings!!! Went with a competitor who actually answered their phone! Do not recommend!

When we are open and don't answer the phone it is because we are on the phone taking an order. Our phone will beep and let us know there is a call coming in. At one time I answered 8 calls in a row. We are extremely busy so please have patience with us.

If you have a cook making pizzas, a cut table person boxing them, and a counter person helping customers then there is usually one one other person to spare if you are lucky, if that person is on the phone with a customer then when another customer calls at the same time there is literally nobody left to answer. Just the nature of the business, if they hire another person just dedicated to answering phones then the cost of running the business goes up and the price of the pizzas by extension. Then they get complaints about high prices... So it's a balancing act. Sorry you had that experience. Their pizzas are fantastic. Hope you give them another shot when you can!
