Westend has adoptions on a regular basis from rezdog rescue. They come fixed, chipped & shots. Check out their Facebook page.
They only have dogs there during adoption events, but not on a regular basis. We just rescued ours from B.A.R.K.... Billings Animal Rescue Kare

Occasionally they do host events where shelters bring over dogs and they start all the adoption stuff with you there. It's am awesome chance to see the dogs in a social environment. Give pet smart a call and see if something like that is going on soon
No dogs. Also Help for Homeless Pets has a lot of dogs to chose from. YVAS is kind of picked over.
No, not at PetSmart. The PetSmart in Billings only sells cats. You would have to check out the Yellowstone County Animal Shelter
