Hello Aeris, First, we do some basic trouble shooting on your item in question. If and when we determine that it is in fact not functioning properly (because sometimes it could be something simply overlooked) and needs repair, we send it out to the proper parties. We have a repair company who we outsource to most of the time. This will cost you $10 and you get an estimate for repair in about a weeks time. Once you get your quote over the phone, you determine whether or not to move forward with repairs. The whole process may take 4-6 weeks, FYI. Hope this helps! -Nico
Simple things are free. But if it looks like a severe issue, they'll suggest the camera's manufacturer or their repair department.
