Off leash in the South section only.
they have to be on a leash it is posted at the entrance to the park however I frequently see many dogs not on their leash especially the deeper in to the park you go.
South yes between sunrise and 10am and 3pm to sunset. North is a whole other mess.
Technically, yes, but I usually allow my well behaved dog run free in less crowded spaces.
