Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Check the website for exact times. There are usually young hockey players who are there that are very helpful with people just learning to skate.

They offer open Public Session times every day. Weekdays in the morning and also a couple more most afternoons. One session each day on the weekends at 1pm on Saturday & Sundays. Then one disco night skate session on Friday evenings from 7:30-9:30.
