If you have a membership, you probbably dont have to pay. Rhe days are probbably from monday- saturday.
They do have drop in payment options but the membership is much more reasonable. Ditto Justin, they're awesome...call them....
Water aerobic class are avaible for members. I believe they are in the morning and i am not sure on dates. But the friendly staff at the front desk could answer that if you give them a call
