We did an express detail on our Chrysler Pacifica and the back cup holders did not get cleaned out and there was still some dirty stuff in between seat cracks. I know it's express but they did take an hour on it and it still wasn't fully completed. Other than that everyone was really nice and clean!

I came here twice and was told it wasn’t a good time for hand wash. Tried again, this time calling moments before showing up and was told it was no problem and no wait by Sierra. I get there and was told to come another day again, until I said I just spoke to someone. They then had me pay $35 and wait. An older man eating wearing a beanie and a mask that I believe they called Pancho shook his head pointing at my car and had an attitude that he had to do it, wet my car and then walked away and left me sitting there another 30 minutes with my car forming water spots. Not until I called the office to complain while sitting in the car did someone else come do the wash 10-15 minutes later who was very kind and thorough names Leo. I would have left had they not had me pay first. This was going to be my go-to place to wash my new car but I will NEVER return and make sure everyone I know knows now to go here. Very poor coordination and customer care, I felt like a neglected burden for a service I paid for.

Confusing & lousy customer service. Ive never tried this location. This was my first time. I usually go to Glisan in portland… opted to try their subscription service to get unlimited washes. I usually get the basic with a spray rainx coat that preserves the wash for longer. The person there told me it was a wax (which is an up sell). I didn’t realize it was a by-hand service (not what I wanted) I pulled through the wash and then waited in the service area, and waited… I ended up driving away because I had to get to an appointment. Next time I’ll go to a different location. The wash was meh… still dirty and very streaky.

Took a friend's car in that had sat in my driveway for 2 years and covered in moss and did not smell too good. I was shocked at the rejuvenation. The car looked new! And I was able to sell it for her at a good price. Great job.
