My experience with the Gresham office has always been good to excellent. I was placed with Dr. Bennett after my PCP left practice and she has been very warm and welcoming. I have also really enjoyed my interactions with Shanelle over the years. We love Providence all around, they have been a huge part of our life and we are thankful for them!

The Doctor would not listen to me! My insurance was/is Court ordered because of my disability that prevents me from being able to wear a "mask" or face shield! I have lung problems, and vestibular problems! I was told that if I couldn't wear a "mask" I would NOT be able to get my Rx's (I'm diabetic, Insulin dependent) the disability discrimination use to be Illegal! Obviously not during the Coronavirus Pandemic! As a disabled American I guess that I'm disposable!

Dr. Makwana is the reason I now have a strong dislike for, and (at this point) a phobia of doctors. He only wants to talk about your personal issues as opposed to any issues of health. He added things to my chart that I told him I did not want to do and now I cannot remove them. He does not care about the patient's personal preference, as well as made me very uneasy. It was very clear he did not listen to me. I avoided getting any help after seeing him and this has resulted in a very long delay of care.

I've never been treated so amazingly at any other doctors office as I have here. Dr. Martin is my PCP and she's hands down the most caring hearted doctor I've ever had. I've had many health issues throughout the years and she has been there by my side through it all to make sure I get the best care possible. When she was not available I've seen many of the other doctors at the clinic, and they are all just as wonderful! I saw Dr. Chong today, and he made sure I was throughoughly evaluated and taking care of. His medical assistant, is by far the best medical assistant I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She always asks if I need any juice or water while waiting, or if there is anything she can do to make me more comfortable. If every medical assistant was like her, no one would ever dread coming to the doctors. I never dread coming here, because I know I'll always be treated with the upmost care. Even the lab team in the back is awesome. There's not a single person at this office who isn't caring and amazing. If I could give more stars, I definitely would. They deserve every star given.
