If you put a pet in a rental car be considerate and put a blanket over the seats.
There may be limtations on higher tier rentals for pets, most rentals are unlimited within the state, and as for the pickup they claim they do however I have never had any success at that location. The bus is $1, Or next option would be alpha shuttle for over $20 but under $30.
I don't believe the Astoria location has pick up service.
