It's illegal to "deliver" not to mention the risk. U can pre order and pick out your stuff online, however, you'll have to have someone pick it up. Stop being lazy, jesus. It is still federally illegal, therefore anything regulated by the fed government won't fly, that's why you cannot pay with credit cards, no delivery, no online sales, it's legal, be thankful for that.
