I think it's more of an ironic thing. No job in the country officially "allows you to be high on the job" that's an insurance risk, but from the 4years i've been a customer, i know several employees who get high. "Professional budtenders" smoke, how else would they make great recommendations? I don't know 1 budtender in Washington, California, or Colorado that don't smoke on occasion and go to work. Obviously if you're blitzed out of your mind, you're not only an insurance liability, you're a liability in losing product by robbery or whatever else. Federally, it is still illegal, insurance companies are regulated federally, as are banks, hence why you cannot use a card to purchase. I don't know one company, in fact that would allow you to come to work drunk, but people handle things differently. If you go by the literal dictionary definition of stoner,i would assume that's what he's saying. If you want to just eat all day, do no work, and take a nap every 30 minutes, don't apply. 😃👍
Why would anybody want to hire a stoner even if you are selling products that get you stoned! That doesn't make sense, who would hire you to come to work drunk if you work at a liquor store? That alcohol will get you way more stoned than cannabis, by far as being safe outside of your house doing physical activities,I can go on but put some research and or common sense thought into it what you read,or is your friend a stoner that cant apply for the job?
Yes they do. They encourage you to smoke at home but if ur caught high suspected to be high on the job then they will fire you. They dont want lazy stoners working for them. They want professional budtenders.
That i dont know of. Sorry i couldnt be of any help to ya.
