Last night they didn't have gallon milk, just 1/2 gallon's. There was some white bead. I think they got a shipment of meat at 6am this morning. So they could've got bread and milk also. I recommend calling them.
Unsure but I'd say yes not alot of money in this town and being middle of the month EBT are most likely used up.
