Your link to your website may be redirecting people to your menu administration login page for Lucid employees or web managers only to login. There is no optio to set up a new login or register. I think you need to tell Google Services to fix it ASAP! That company is always reliable in maiking mistakes and making thinks difficult.
Try to get the menu and redirected to another website where you have to sign up for it.
