This place is nice and had some deals that I thought I couldn't pass up. Turns out the sale items were expired and not by a few months. These products were legit over 2 years expired. C'mon guys, we expect better and trust that you wouldn't have any expired products out for sale. Do better.

I went it to use my 20% off during these tough times to save a buck and the "lovely" budtender told me I didn't have one even though that was not the case, the budtebder needs trained on the discount policy and should have looked up my name. I am a very regular customer at this location and was very disappointed I paid full price when I didn't need to.

I went intoThe dispensary on Francis for some pre-rolls.The girl directed meTo a discount case of Packs of pre-rollsPacks of pre-rolls on sale for 5 bucks.Then I got a couple more single pre rolls and the gal rang me out. I got to my car and looked at my Receipt And realized I was charged $20 each For the discounted pre-rolls. I immediately went back in and the manager said since I walked out she couldn't return them..I hadn't even been out of the store for 60 seconds. HORRIBLE customer service. It was my first time at that location. I will not return.

Purchased an oil cartridge that was defective. The girls working refused to exchange for the exact same thing or anything else. They refused to give manager information and withheld their own names when asked. They have my money and I have defective product...I will never purchase from here again knowing they don't stand by what they sell and after how I was treated.
