Totally agree. Recognize someone who drives into the store should have priority, but it takes little to have an operator available and even ask you to hold for a moment. This is an on-going problem with Coeur d'Alene and if the manager can't/won't fix it then the individual should be replaced. Bought from the Meridian, Idaho store for 13 years, they always answered on no more than two or three rings. CdA your service is UNSAT on phones!

Also realize that they are extremely busy with people such as myself doing several home projects because of warm weather
Are you sure you dialed the correct number? It's not like Lowe's at all to not answer their phones.
