Was a customer for 20 years since my last experience where my tires wore out in 2,000 miles then they tried to change me to replace them.and forgot some lug nuts when theychanged them

They did replace them.but how they tried to charge me for going over on mileage and not getting me in on my appointment.then I had to change a flat which could have been avoided.they could have handled it better then what I delt with on the phone and when I was there

So where is the question

I'm sure they will replace them
