My customer service was on another level. I came in needing an all new set of tires. When I came in I was offered an amazing deal on an alignment. This is something I knew needed to be done. Unfortunately I informed my sales rep, Paul (an Amazingly kind individual), that my wife and I are struggling, and scraped the money together to afford the tires. However we really wanted to get the alignment knowing how important it was, and hearing the good deal. My wife and I then spent several minutes looking around on our various mobile bank apps and other resources to little success. We then turned our attention back to Paul (the amazing sales rep I mentioned earlier), and informed him that our financial situation made it impossible to get the alignment. Much to our surprise however Paul too had been hard at work! While we were trying to figure out what to do, he did some looking and was able to save us 40$ on our tires! This was huge, and made it so my wife and I could afford to get the tires we came for AND the alignment we knew we needed. It was all thanks to Paul. Paul was very professional, nice, and informed. It was clear to me within a few minutes of meeting him that he was well respected by his customers and colleagues. As we walked back from inspecting my car a customer pulled up and Paul spoke with him on a first name basis. It was clear that they had only had positive interaction, and I can say I've only had positive experiences with Paul aswell. Great employee you guys have on your hands. Keep up the good work Paul.

I recently financed my previously leased vehicle. I went to townfair in hopes to upgrade my hubcaps to rims and I was in need of new tires. Brad there was so helpful, he taught me so much about what tire works best for what situation and had some very helpful opinions on wheels as well. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and how friendly the entire staff was.

Went in for a Balance, alignment, and rotation. Always a pleasure and very professional service. Brad and the boys took great care of me. 10/10 would recommend this place. 5 star Brad keeps to his word and lives up to the legacy !

Chuck and staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! I called at 1:30 for availability after I got out of work and I was told to just come down when I was available. When I got here, Chuck and staff were very welcoming and friendly!!! They took my SUV in immediately to have the tires rotated and were done in no time! Top notch service and I will recommend to others!
