Taking covid into account and the popularity of the cafe, it's understandable that there might not be 100% satisfaction in your experience. For me personally, I've visited multiple times in the last few months and the wait is not an issue. My food and service has always been to my satisfaction, social distancing and all! :)
Liz M: I am thrilled that you have been so satisfied with your dealings with BBTS. I, however, am and was not. Period. I am familiar with how Covid has been affecting us all as well as with how satisfactory customer service works. Here it did not. I am unsure if you saw my review and read about my experience there. It echoes many of the other recent reviews, which are all poor at best.
You had to of gone on the busiest day possible, at it's peak of the day. Cause these people are 100% all the time. I've never had any issues with their services or quality of food.
