What mister Richards said is all I remember them requiring
No ssn card, just ID for every adult member of the family and mail dated within the last thirty days for them as well. Proofs for each member under 18 is needed as well but you only need to bring some sort of paperwork belonging to them (school, doctors office, rental/lease agreements, social security card, etc.) since most kids don't have ID yet. They let you come once a week. If you have an emergency need and are working on getting paperwork, they will even let you go through once while your getting it. Once your registered, you only have to bring in your ID once a month.
You will need SS card/number for each household member and proof of address (utility bill) They are very nice and helpful there.
