It's really depends on what needs to be done. They will work with you but I believe you have to be established. They also provide pet insurance when is VERY affordable! You can look into that as well. They are very nice, give them a call!
When I had to get done an emergency c section for my brother's cat they were able to. They also have an insurance plan that cover mouth cleaning, shots and neuter/spay depending on the plan you get.
