I have always loved Chen's but the food and service were different this time. Are there new owners because the decor and the repairs to the building suggest it?

Food was different, waitresses were different. Ill give it another try next time we are in town. I'm not sure if it was different good or bad yet. I give at least 2 chances before I will give a bad rating. So I will be back. Chen's has always been our go to place when we go the cabin, never miss a meal there. We had a miss step with our order but they did correct it. Although, my General s chicken just tasted ok, it was bland and extra crispy. It has always been perfect. For the first time ever, I was not able to walk out and say to myself, I love this place. 😔 I will remain neutral until I return later this month. Thank you for the answers!!
