Actually, my experience has been closer to 30 minutes from Scappoose to the Good Samaritan hospital. It is approximately 18 - 19 miles.

about 45 minutes to an hour or more depending on traffic. The nearest hospital would be Legacy Good Samaritan in NW Portland.
