Yes, depending on circumstance fine can be lowered. And yes, payment plan is available. However, currently my total due DOUBLED from only one payment (December)missed, EVEN THOUGH every payment made prior and again January has been double minimum required, as well as very first payment was TRIPLE minimum...therefore, I advise two things #1 KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL TRANSACTIONS ... ALL TRANSACTIONS #2 Don't skip, miss or be late for payment Personally, and OJD has been notified, I will be asking F.T.C if it is legal to DOUBLE my original total amount due as penalty for missing one payment...at Christmas time !!! They won't drop some of the fine. They should allow you to make payments. Call or show up and ask for the most accurate answer.
