Would they have Sushi grade tuna steaks for purchase? Or simply fresh quality tuna steaks, as I am not that demanding. Just looking for steaks of tuna to put in my belly. Thanks for the help!

That's hit and miss with tuna. But they are quality minded. Give them a call

Sushi grade salmon?

Every time I have been there they have at least had the frozen sushi grade tuna, and most of the time they also have fresh tuna steaks. But call to be sure they have enough for your plans.

I was there yesterday and they had a beautiful chuck of ahi tuna.

Chuck has it right! When your dealing in fresh things can change day to day depending on season and catch. Either way they have never left me disappointed!

Didn't have the tuna but I'll tell you if they have spot prawns it's a must go they are so yummy

I would say give it a try. Most of their fish is caught locally, so it's fresh. I'm sure if you give them a call, they will give you a definite answer.
