I've heard the water is really cold. My young kids (4, 5, and 7) get cold really easily. Will they have fun in the kid zone without getting too cold to play?

We were there last weekend. Water is warm but stairs to slides are frrrrreezing? They should put heat lamps up there! But....if you hit the jacuzzi first, get your bones really warm and then go,bits bearable! We have a 7 and 8 yr old that get cold easily too. Have fun! And try Groupon before you go....good deals!!

We have visited over this Christmas break. Water is not cold. It's pretty much warm except a play area. We haven't faced the issue with rides or pool. We went over the weekend when it was much crowded. Not sure if they turn on the heaters only when there is crowd

It's a lot warmer in the summer. When we were there in November it was freezing and they told us that they only turn up the heat when there's more people there. We still stayed all day and had a blast though :)
