Have called several times in the last three months in regards to healthcare issues. I have left several messages and gotten only three calls back. Staff members seem very distracted by many things including screaming children in the background. Very dissatisfied with the fact that there is no follow through nor are issues addressed; lots of blaming others for outrageous mistakes and oversights. Pathetic excuse for an assistance office.

Zero Starts. I tried to get a Home care worker hired through this branch. They lied about the required documents for being hired. The lady in charge of running background checks was very rude, confrontational and ignorant.

Having a senior parent with health issues can be a overwhelming and stressful experience. I come upon this place by pure luck and so grateful I did. My mom moved her from the west coast for family support since she is now limited. Stephanie and Katheryn were great and made my life easier. They were able to help me get the proper paperwork needed for health care, food assistance, a caregiver for the days I work. This place became my 1 stop visit and you can tell they cared about my mom and what they did. If you have a senior parent or even for yourself its worth a visit there.
