The dry pass is good for admission, without the use of amenities. For people who want to keep an eye on older kids, but don't want to get wet.
Its a pass to go in and basically hang out while you wait for other people to use the water features. They have tables, chairs, a food court. I took grandkids did not want to get in tho.
